Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Health and Safety Administrator who will assist the Health and Safety Manager and Workplace Services team.

This role will include admin tasks to support aspects of health and safety regulatory requirements.


 Your Responsibilities

 In this role you will manage all training certificates and arrange mandatory training for new joiners and key staff.

You will ensure H&S notices are kept up to date.

As well as this you will arrange first aid kit replenishments alongside ensuring that first aiders have their certificates and have up to date training.

You will work alongside the building services team to ensure that regulatory checks are carried out.

This role will also see you work with M&E contractors to ensure regulatory maintenance is carried out such as legionella tap temperature, emergency lighting, PAT testing etc.
