Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Programme Support.
You will provide full administrative support to Director by effectively managing their commitments, diaries, and meetings, establishing and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
About You
You will be educated to A level standard or equivalent.
In this role you will work in a busy customer focused environment.
You have excellent communication skills which will aid you in this role, to collaborate well with others and support customers.
As well as this you are organised and are able to priortise your work load.
Your Responsibilities
You will act as the first point of contact for any queries and visitors for the Projects and Estates Development team.
You will ensure that all messages are forwarded and/or actioned quickly and efficiently.
In this role you will respond to all queries while providing a high-quality customer service via email, phone and face to face.
As part of this role you will ensure that any required action is taken in a timely manner and to the highest standards.
You will manage and maintain diaries, project schedules, updates and reminders system, appointments, and events schedules, ensuring both diaries are always up to date with meetings, appointments, and contact details.
Using your excellent customer service skills you will create a positive, productive working environment for the team and other key staff within those sections.
