An opportunity has arisen for a facilities coordinator to join a city based accountancy firm at one of their main sites in the city. Working directly in-house for our client, the Facilities Coordinator role is essential to the smooth operation and to ensure a quality service is provided.

Who we’re looking for:

We are a looking for a level headed facilities coordinator with some relevant experience to manage a prestige building within Central London. You will some knowledge of managing contractors and staff, be able to deal with queries, be able to maintain things, follow systems and process, be up to speed with moves,

Above anything else it is experience prioritising with the ability to multitask and be willing to get ‘stuck in’. Clearly you will be expected to communicate at all levels.  There will be interaction with people, from partners to external sub-contractors.
