Maxwell Stephens has been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Assistant Facilities Manager.

The Assistant Facilities Manager would assist with the management of all facilities by providing management and monitoring office services and building management which will contribute to the efficient day to day operation of the company.

What You Will Be Doing

Using your interpersonal skills you will manage relationships with Landlords, Building Management companies and Sub-tenants.

As well as this you will manage contracts.

You will be responsible for the floor plan, this includes adding new start, taking off leaders and amending plans when there are changes to the building.

As well as this you will be responsible for the management of the door entry system for the building and issuing and control door entry passes.

In this role you will support any facilities related projects such as office reorganisation and space planning.

This role will see you ensure that scheduled maintenance works are completed by contractors and suppliers.

A key part of this role will be working with the Head of Facilities to monitor expenditure on facilities related matters.


About You

For this role if is preferred if you have an IOSH.

You have a minimum for 4 years in facilities management with strong experience of office administration and coordination of building maintenance.

You are able to coordinate Health and Safety as well as contributing to business continuity.
