Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role Facilities Service Assistant in London.

The successful candidate will be completing a mix of Facilities and Front of house duties.

  • About the role
    • You will be required to complete general administration duties and post room duties.
    • Your role will require you to sort incoming and outgoing post within a specific time frame
    • You will be required to answer phone calls efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
    • You will arrange meetings and set up the meeting rooms when required.
    • Your role will also require you to assist with events, booking hotels and other necessary tickets when needed.
    • Your role will require you to report directly to the Facilities Service Office Manager and assist with the monthly management reporting.

About You

  • You will have good knowledge or Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Reader as well as basic IT skills
  • Communication will be one of your strong points, both written and verbal
  • You will need brilliant attention to detail
  • Have health and safety at the forefront of your mind, working to health and safety guidelines under the supervision of the Office Manager.
  • You should be proactive and flexible in working both individually and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Be able to prioritise a number of different projects effectively.
