A skilled individual is sought to join our clients team as a Facilities Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our office buildings, with the potential for managing additional sites in the future. This full-time position will involve supervising an apprentice and travelling within the UK.



  • Responsibilities:
    • Facilities – maintenance, repair, disposal & compliance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including coordinating with vendors and contractors
    • Ensure that all facilities meet relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
    • Manage the acquisition and disposal of facilities as needed
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the effective management of facilities
    • Manage the budget for facilities maintenance and repair, including forecasting and expenditure tracking
    • Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs
    • Communicate with tenants and building personnel to address any issues or concerns
    • Supervise and provide guidance to the Facilities Management Apprentice

Essential qualifications:

  • RICS /WIFM qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree

Essential skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in facilities management, including experience managing offices
  • Strong understanding of facilities management best practices and regulations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and complaint handling
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Microsoft Office advanced
  • Mobile for travel within the UK
