- Roles & Responsibilities
- Your role will require you to ensure that the day-to-day operation is delivered to a high standard with efficient performance.
- You will be managing the engineering and maintenance services, waste management and utilities.
- You will be responsible for the respective service charge budget, oversight of effective maintenance and managing all respective service charge costs.
- Managing all Engineering and environmental matters for the client.
- As well as all of the above, you will be responsible for all the properties and provide Environmental updates at the quarterly meetings. Be reporting responsibilities on all Environmental matters.
- You will be ensuring that all employees and contractors understand their environmental responsibilities and have the necessary training.
- Your role will require you to be responsible for the daily management and longer-term strategy of Maintenance & Engineering, Waste Management, Utilities Management and other contracts relating to Sustainability/Environmental.
- You will be required to ensure that all maintenance and reactive works have been carried out within the contractual agreements and SLA’s
- Be managing tenant requirements and issues as well as being responsible for landlord and tenant communications when necessary.
- Have oversight of the day-to-day response for reactive Facilities maintenance matters.
- You will be conducting monthly supplier performance reviews ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are met.
- Your role will require you to be responsible for the management expenditure for all the clients offices and reviewing and approving purchase orders and invoices when needed.
- As well as all of the above, you will be monitoring all Maintenance and Engineering processes ensuring compliance and control for operational risk.
