Our client are looking for an enthusiastic individual to lead their existing caretaking team and provide top-quality custodial services for our clients facilities.
As the Caretaker Supervisor – Facilities Coordinator , you will be part of a multi-disciplined facilities team consisting of four caretakers, two maintenance staff, three grounds staff, and twenty-four domestic staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing custodial, security, and first-line maintenance services for the entire estate
The role is full-time, permanent, and the successful applicant will start from April 2023.
Working hours: The position requires 40 hours of work per week, with shifts ranging from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm from Monday to Friday, all year round.
The shifts will be allocated using a rota system agreed in advance, and the Caretaker
Supervisor/Facilities Coordinator will be expected to work weekends on rotation with other caretaking staff in the longer term.
