Our client is a property owner focused predominately on London and they are looking for someone to assist the building manager in day-to-day operations.
Our client is committed to maintaining an excellent level of service for our occupiers.
As the Assistant Building Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a high level of service provision, communication at all levels, and liaison with stakeholders and building occupiers to maintain amazing standards. You’ll need to be a problem solver, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. You should also have a working knowledge of property-based health and safety laws and practices.
Some of your duties will include managing third-party contractors, overseeing M&E plant and lifts, monitoring, and managing the performance of cleaning and soft services suppliers, and dealing with emergency works.
You’ll also be expected to assist in preparing and managing the service charge budget for all services.
