This exciting opportunity is working for a global technology leader on a fixed term 12 month contract.
You will be a customer-focused, team-spirited facilities professional who will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our client’s property strategy, as well as being responsible for providing exciting, professional and cross functional working environments in line with the Corporate Blueprint.
The successful candidate must have prior experience in managing office refurbishments and be able to provide successful, practical and cost effective solutions to resolve space issues that arise within the business.
Key responsibilities of the role include, providing dedicated time and project management services to develop prioritised projects in line with agreed project specifications. You will have responsibility for all general building projects, of all sizes from planning to completion and to agreed deadlines and ensure that all project related factors, such as capacity, usage, access, and services are considered to ensure all aspects of the property strategy are adhered to.
Other key responsibilities will be the Project Management of all dilapidations` works as required by our client.
