Our client are a royal society with a headquarters in London.

In this pivotal role within the organisation, you will ensure that they have the most suitable working environment for their 150 employees, who work mainly from their prestigious grade 2 Central London site. You will be responsible for overseeing hard and soft services for the organisation, including developing and maintaining a planned and preventative maintenance programme for our hard services.

Whilst taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Facilities team, you will also manage the Facilities £1m annual budget, and ensure that good relationships are developed and maintained with their contractors and suppliers. Leading on Health & Safety for the organisation will also be an integral part of your role.

You will be a confident people manager with the ability to lead and motivate a team. You will have substantial experience of working in a Facilities Management role, which includes hard and soft services. With a building services-related professional qualification, such as RICS, CIOB, or BIFM, you must also have a qualification in Health & Safety. A customer-focused individual, with excellent interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to handle a complex workload and successfully manage large projects.
