This an excellent opportunity for an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join a growing Property company and be directly responsible for all Properties and Property Managers within a specific region.

The Regional Facilities Manager should have experience of multi-site property management including managing a service charge budget. You should be a strong leader of people and used to managing diverse teams with a focus on performance management and developing and training staff. Contractor management and health safety will also be a key focus within this role and you should be equally as experienced in both areas.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and passionate with a commitment to delivering exceptional standards of customer service. Excellent communication skills together with the ability to forge good working relationships is critical.
