On behalf of our client, a leading commercial real estate services firm, we are recruiting for an Operations Manager to join their business and manage the day to day operation of a busy shopping centre in the Scarborough area.
You will have previous Facilities Management experience, preferable in a retail or shopping centre environment and will be able to forge successful working relationships with key stakeholders.
You will ensure the smooth running of the shopping centre, driving high standards and managing contractors and you will also have involvement with financial management.
- Experience within the facilities management sector or a service driven environment
- Experience of successfully delivering targets
- Proven ability to understand and analyse data and create/recommend solutions to problems
- Ability to work with a broad spectrum of internal and external contacts
- NEBOSH or IOSH preferred
