Our client are a global real estate giant. They have just begun the process to recruit a professional Operations Manager for a substantial and successful Shopping Centre in the North East of England.
This exciting opportunity will appeal to experienced managers with previous experience in a comparable role. If successful you will be expected to deliver ground breaking, operationally well organised and economically competitive services for commercial occupiers whilst assisting with upholding the investment value of the owners’ property assets.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished Operations Manager with an excellent knowledge of general FM and possess a strong knowledge of retail operations management and current H&S legislation. You will be preferably qualified in a related discipline and will demonstrate exceptional customer and client facing skills, ideally possess an IOSH or NEBOSH certificate and hold current membership of a relevant trade body. Previous experience of successfully managing a similar prestigious retail site and used to working to a best in class standard, would be beneficial combined with extensive stakeholder management and budget management expertise. You will also need to be an excellent communicator, highly organised and flexible with sound IT skills.
