In earlier roles, you’ve shown a real ability financial management, health & safety, people management, and tendering & contractor management. You’re comfortable with fabric & long-term costing, project management and service charge management.

You combine a real business head with complete personal integrity. Targets are important to you. You’re always looking to improve your own skills and those of your team.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be taking a team of amazing people in the right direction. You and they work to two easily-understandable goals. First, to maximise the landlord’s investment. Second, to provide amazing workspaces for occupiers.

We’ve got great working relationships with our superb occupiers. You’re their voice. Your approachable nature and people skills will keep open the all-important lines of communication.

Your building management skills are crucial, particularly when it comes to the annual building service charge budget and management accounts. After familiarising yourself with our tender guidelines, you’ll proactively procure building and contracted services, overseeing the standard and pace of work through structured monitoring and direct liaison with suppliers.

You’ll be in charge of all aspects of training – a cornerstone of our business – and health and safety. Every part of training and health & safety are under constant monitoring and we’ll look to you to find an implement improvements.
