THE RIGHT PERSON TO LEAD OUR TEAM
Your first-rate organisational skills make you ideal for this position. As you coordinate the delivery of site property operations, it’ll be up to you to ensure a safe and productive environment for the staff to work in.

As an experienced manager, you will drive a positive, safe and customer-focused work ethic across the teams. This role will require you to develop productive working relationships with a wide range of people on all levels.
You are an expert in facilities management; with at least 5 years’ experience and membership of a relevant FM Professional Body. With your strong technical and compliance knowledge, and vast experience in procurement, budgeting, and contract management, our client needs your expertise.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Our client will rely on you to co-ordinate site operations. Defining the site strategy, you set the rules. You will effectively enforce compliance of this, as well as technical requirements, to ensure a safe and effective work environment. Using your technical and construction knowledge, you will challenge and define site deliverables. You will manage the performance of on-site contractual demands within the company, and advise on the management and supervision of maintenance.
As the team leader in all property operations, you will inspire, train, and monitor your team. You will make them the best – forever keeping the need for subcontractors to a minimum. With your advanced knowledge of health and safety, you will ensure your team are all properly trained and skilled for their roles, conducting risk assessments regularly.
A very important part of your role will be managing site operations, evaluating their effectiveness. You will deliver on the site’s budget through prioritising work, reconciling conflicting demands, and through reviewing and revising the timing of work to agreed deadlines. Our client will rely on you to foresee and avoid any potential impacts on the running of the company.
