This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a world leading real estate company.
Working within a large retail site, the role of Administrator is pivotal to the success of the Management team and operations as this role involves close liaison between all on site personnel including customers, retailers and the on-site team.
You will maintain a positive image of the site and you will be responsible for the day to day administration and will provide secretarial support to your line manager. You will be highly organised with attention to detail and with the ability to plan and prioritise your workload.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are an essential requirement of the role, together with refined interpersonal skills enabling you to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and customers. You will have a minimum of 3 years administration experience and be competent in the use of IT software.
We are looking for someone ideally with experience of a similar role, in a shopping centre/retail background, and with a bit of accounting background, but this is not essential.
