Our client are a global success story whom now need this interim role, for someone to play a key part of the operation.
As the Assistant Facilities Manager you will play a central role in managing both tactical and strategic issues within our client’s portfolio of buildings in Central London. The aim of this role will be manage the safety of the staff, leading projects and delivering excellent customer service across the business. You will in fact inspire those around you to provide superior service at all times.
Meanwhile, you will manage all aspects of statutory compliance, undertake frequent risk assessments, equipment testing, and security checks. You will liaise with third parties and manage contractors managing operations and delivering projects within budget.
Responding to urgent needs and planning longer-term projects

• Currently an Assistant Facilities Manager
• Holder of, BIFM, Iosh / Nebosh
