Our client are a Market Leading Property Company who offer excellent career prospects and are looking to recruit a Building Manager.
The role is based in a town just outside of Manchester and will be working on a Distribution Park.
Your responsibilities will include a focus on ensuring all Health and Safety compliance is met and also Contractor Management as well as assisting and reporting to the Estate Park Manager on the general day to day activities.
Ideally you will have demonstrable experience in Health & Safety and Contractor Management in addition to other key competencies including People Management, Budget Management and Awareness of Maintenance.
This is an exciting position that requires an individual with the ability to deliver and go above and beyond.
Previous experience in a similar role or environment is an advantage and an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification would be highly desirable.
