The process

Research

Research is key to our success. We work tirelessly to gain a full understanding of your vision and goals, allowing us to create the perfect match between client and candidate.

Using our extensive candidate database, advertised search, and headhunting approaches, we identify a longlist based on our comprehensive research, the role profile, and in-depth understanding of client requirements and candidate motivations.

We initially screen the talent pool based on previously agreed eligibility criteria,  interviewing all of the longlisted candidates either via face-to-face meetings or video calls. This helps us to narrow down the search and move forward with the best talent for the role.

We carry out in-depth assessment of shortlisted candidates through a variety of methods such as competency based questions, aptitude testing, and presentations. We then undertake all interview arrangements for final shortlisted candidates.

Assessment and Interview

Verification

We conduct full reference checks on final candidates, as well as verifying qualifications and relevant certifications. We then provide a written reference report that will provide further evidence of the fit to the Position Profiles

We ensure a mutually beneficial arrangement based upon the client's and candidate's requirements. All parties will remain well informed about the status of the negotiations, the offer, and the acceptance.

We remain in close communication with both sides to facilitate a smooth and timely transition into the new position, arranging onboarding processes as required.
