My extensive experience in customer-facing roles has given me the strong communication and organisational skills required to help me support both candidates and clients effectively, as well as sharpening my attention to detail and help develop an in-depth understand of what is need from premium service (a key aspect of my work here at Maxwell Stephens).
I graduated with a degree in Criminology with Psychology from Leeds Beckett University, which developed my analytical thinking and understanding of human behaviour — useful skills when it comes to matching the right people with the right roles. I’m always looking to grow, whether that’s through new challenges at work, training opportunities, or even learning a new language.
