As a Recruitment Resourcer at Maxwell Stephens, Tegan specialises in identifying and engaging talented Facilities Management professionals, helping connect exceptional candidates with leading organisations across the UK.

Friendly, approachable and highly organised, Tegan is passionate about building genuine relationships and delivering the outstanding level of service that Maxwell Stephens is known for. She understands that successful recruitment is about far more than matching a CV to a job description it's about understanding people's motivations, ambitions and long-term career goals.

Working closely with our consultants, Tegan supports every stage of the recruitment process, helping to identify high-quality candidates, manage recruitment campaigns and ensure both clients and candidates receive a professional and seamless experience.

Her responsibilities include:

• Sourcing high-calibre Facilities Management, Estates and Workplace professionals.
• Conducting candidate research and market mapping.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with candidates.
• Supporting executive search and confidential recruitment assignments.
• Managing candidate registrations and recruitment administration.
• Maintaining our specialist CRM and candidate database.
• Coordinating interviews and candidate communications.
• Delivering an exceptional recruitment experience from first conversation through to successful placement.

Tegan graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a degree in Criminology with Psychology, developing strong analytical, research and communication skills, together with a deeper understanding of human behaviour. These strengths naturally complement recruitment, enabling her to understand what motivates candidates and identify the right fit for both individuals and organisations.

She enjoys continuously developing her knowledge and is always keen to embrace new challenges, whether that's expanding her understanding of the Facilities Management sector, improving recruitment techniques or learning entirely new skills.

Away from work, Tegan enjoys photography, experimenting with new recipes, travelling and exploring new places whenever she gets the opportunity.
