Jessica joined Maxwell Stephens in March 2022 as a Recruitment Assistant and has since progressed into the role of Recruitment Resourcer, becoming an important member of the recruitment team.
With a strong background in customer service and client-facing roles, Jessica combines excellent communication skills with a highly organised and proactive approach. She works closely with our consultants to identify outstanding Facilities Management professionals and ensure every client and candidate receives the exceptional service Maxwell Stephens is known for.
Jessica enjoys building relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and helping connect them with organisations where they can genuinely thrive.

Since joining the business, Jessica has developed an excellent understanding of the Facilities Management recruitment market and continues to expand her knowledge of the sector. Her attention to detail, enthusiasm and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service make her a valued member of the Maxwell Stephens team.
She particularly enjoys helping candidates secure exciting new career opportunities while supporting clients in finding the right people to strengthen their organisations.
Away from work, Jessica enjoys travelling, discovering new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of every opportunity to explore somewhere new.
