Our client are looking to recruit a senior manager who, through effective communication, demonstrates good organisational, leadership and mentoring capabilities whom is also able to generate an integrated team environment that focuses on results and delivers exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for promoting and maintaining positive relationships with customers through setting the service strategy and delivering it through the team.
An experienced senior property and facilities manager responsible for the operational performance of a prestigious property portfolio. The role is part of an operational team delivering a comprehensive, professional property management service to occupiers.
A commercial and customer focused manager with health and safety duty holder responsibilities, delivering the highest service to occupiers, that takes ownership of issues and delivers effective results.
The role will also oversee all issues relating to the property to ensure that the large team deliver the highest standards of customer service and utilises best practice.
Working with the team you will organise the annual customer benchmarking process for properties within the portfolio and develop the resulting action plans.
You will be part of the Operational Management Team and, working with colleagues, deliver consistency across London, and with the introduction of service initiatives, ensure that our client is best in class.
You will have developed experienced at a senior level with a property organisation, managing large prestigious assets, preferably in Central London.
You will have experience of managing a team and have the ability to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills
Proven track record in developing and motivating a team to deliver high levels of customer service
Experience of financial management including operating and maintaining profit and loss accounts and service charge budget forecasting.
Experience of delivering operational targets in a fast-paced, pressurised environment
Ability to work with people at all levels of the business to achieve results
Must be a team player with good communication skills
