I am a Recruitment Consultant for leading Facilities Management recruitment company, Maxwell Stephens. Prior to starting at Maxwell Stephens in 2018 as a Recruitment Administrator, I gained extensive customer service and administration experience across the service and retail industries. My previous experience has provided me with the tools to communicate effectively, adapt to new situations and quickly develop relationships with our candidates and clients.
As a Recruitment Consultant in this dynamic sector, I play a vital role in supporting and delivering the premium recruitment services that Maxwell Stephens provide. My varied day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates and assessing their suitability for live roles, liaising with candidates and clients at all stages throughout the recruitment process, and managing recruitment advertising channels.
I feel that engagement with our customers, both clients and candidates, is key to my role and is what gives the company one of its primary competitive advantages – that Maxwell Stephens genuinely does care, it does stay in touch, and it’s there to manage everything from start to finish. One of the worst feelings in the world is disappointment, and that’s one thing myself and the team at Maxwell Stephens spends a lot of energy on avoiding.
