A unique position has become live for a Facilities and Office Manager to join an exciting organisation within the City of London. Within this role you will be involved with ensuring the smooth and efficient running of a busy office, acting as a real lynch to pin to the business as it continues to grow. Within this role there will an aspect travel – you will be required to get involved with the planning and organising as well as travelling for 2 weeks in June every year.


  • Management and the upkeep of the office environment
  • Managment of the external contractors and ensuring all work is carried out correctly
  • Ensuring everything is safe and compliant
  • Building and managing the relationships with external facilities suppliers
  • Health & Safety representative
  • Assisting with relocations & moves
  • Booking and organising transport
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Dealing with all post and franking & local and international couriers
  • Assist in the organisation of internal staff events
  • Ensuring all procedures are correctly followed and recorded in the office handbook.

Experience required;

  • Enjoys working within a team
  • Able to prioritise a busy workload
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Office moves & relocation experience
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
