Maxwell Stephens’ client are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team. This role will take a lead on and will develop the delivery of all FM services.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Budget management experience (of up to £5mil)
  • Leadership, management and development of a team
  • Contractor Management (from sourcing, procuring, tendering, and management of SLA’s and KPI’s).
  • Project Management
  • Statutory compliance and HSE audits.
  • Acting as ambassador for our client.

Experience required:

  • Senior Operational/FM Management experience
  • Natural leader with strong communication skills
  • Proven experience of being able to influence others
  • IT literate, Word, Excel, Presentation.
  • Self-motivated
