Maxwell Stephens’ client are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team. This role will take a lead on and will develop the delivery of all FM services.
- Budget management experience (of up to £5mil)
- Leadership, management and development of a team
- Contractor Management (from sourcing, procuring, tendering, and management of SLA’s and KPI’s).
- Project Management
- Statutory compliance and HSE audits.
- Acting as ambassador for our client.
- Senior Operational/FM Management experience
- Natural leader with strong communication skills
- Proven experience of being able to influence others
- IT literate, Word, Excel, Presentation.
