Our client are a globally recognised brand and success story. They own, operate and manage a huge development in West London. Due to success they are now looking to recruit this role. For success you will ensure that day to day activities within a team are organised effectively. You will need to work with engineering consultants contractors, vendors, architects and the internal FM team. The corporate projects range between £100k and several million including rennovations, new build, fit out and infrastructure upgrades. You will be able deal with the process management from feasibility, concept, design, procurement, construction and then occupation.
The ideal Project Manager will hold professional with relevant recent experience. Proven track record of delivering high quality customer service and completing projects on time and under budget.
Proven Experience in Project Management (Prince 2) with Excellent communication skills
