Our client is a technology company whom are now looking to appoint a new Head of Facilities on an interim basis, to commence as soon as possible.
As Head of Facilities, you’ll help maintain a distinctive working environment for staff, suppliers, and guests alike.
Day to day, your role could involve anything from changing the office seating plan to continually foster creative ideas and thinking, to managing a team.
Working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, you’re in your element. Our client wants to deliver workspace that engages their internal customer allowing them to be more effective. The successful candidate will have a good of understanding of workplace trends both current and future
You’ll help our client to embrace new and business-enhancing technologies and work to ensure that our client’s supporting providers and processes are both robust and efficient.
This company requires 100% commitment and there is no room to slack off as it is all open plan and the role depends on being hugely visible, so you must be used to being on the top of your game at all times and be adept at dealing with conflicting priorities in a creative, often chaotic and ambiguous environment.
- Solid Head of Facilities or Head of Operations experience (at least 5 years at that level) from within preferably a creative company or comparable environment.
- You will have experience managing people and buildings and will be able to evidence working in an all-encompassing role including managing procurement, contracts, H&S, office space and moves etc.
- This role requires someone with solid experience who can think on their feet and problem solve while managing relationships – no two days will be the same so a flexible approach is essential!
