Maxwell Stephens has been exclusively instructed by our client, a research organisation, to recruit a leader to be responsible for the programme of significant new build developments and ongoing real estate management involving acquisition, development, and management of significant one-off real estate holdings.

About You

You will have significant experience managing large scale facilities.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge for the design, development and management of high-end assets while showing you have a high level of competency across leadership, cost control and staff recruitment.

As an individual you will be empathic and have proven leadership skills which will enable you to work within diverse teams successfully. As well as working in a team you will need to be able to work independently while motivating yourself with the ‘can-do’ attitude.

As part of this role, you will need to be willing and able to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities

This role has serval key responsibilities which include:
• Acting as a lead on at least one key development project.
• Developing a strategy for overall Real Estate acquisition, development, and management.
• Understanding the needs of different stakeholders.
• Managing all property related regulatory, compliance, legal and insurance issues.

Due to your willingness to work in a team you will succeed in working with the project team to develop an outstanding and unique facility.

Part of this role will require you to recruit and manage in-house or contracted staff to ensure that all facilities management requirements are covered.

You will also manage equipment this include taking ownership of the inventory for all physical assets.
