Who will be based in the London Office and manage a vast portfolio of properties and ensure that the client meets their aim of delivering a high level of service.
You will have at least 2 years Property Management experience which will have given you the ability to read and extract lease information.
For this role you need to be able to work in a fast paced environment with a focus on team working as well as independent working.
As well as this you will have a good knowledge of Microsoft packages and you will have the skills to use these to create reports via Excel.
This role will see you managing the collection of rental and services charges, you will also manage cases that have been sent to debt collection, as well as creating new budgets. This will involve you liaising with external service charge accountants.
Your excellent communication skills will allow you to liaise and build relationships with serval different stakeholders, including contractors and tenants and external property managers.
These skills will also enable you to report weekly to the Board.
You will be the point of contact for any maintenance issues.
