Maxwell Stephens has been asked on behalf of our client to recruit for the role of Head of Facilities Management who will provide leadership and take ownership for all operations.

In this role you will lead the FM operational team and contractors to ensure that all services are done to the required standard while managing any FM issues which will include finding an effective resolution.
You will ensure the continued progress for FM staff but nurturing and training them, this too will include you being a leader and also working to identify ways to improve the operations. For this you may need to introduce innovation and change.
As part of this role you will direct the provision of Risk Management, Health and Safety and Sustainable Operation to ensure both legal compliance and the standards expected by clients.
You will work with the budget and to effectively minimise costs.
