Our client, an independent medical institution, are seeking a Facilities Administrator who can join them and come in to support the team immediately.
This will initially be a temporary arrangement but may become permanent for the right person.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Administrator will assist both the Facilities Manager and Facilities coordinator, supporting with day to day administrative and clerical tasks across the building relating to facilities management, health and safety and operations.
Typical duties will include:
- Interacting with key stakeholders and booking in meetings
- Placing purchase orders/invoicing
- General administrative activities in maintaining company records and filing
- Maintaining online records
- Data entry
This role would suit a well-rounded individual with previous experience within an administrative role and certainly someone who is organised!
