Maxwell Stephens has been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Programme Controls and Reporting Manager who will work effectively with the Estates Senior Management Team and stakeholder to deliver department objectives.


You will take the lead in dealing with project controls and reporting for multiple delivery projects.


In this role you will be responsible for providing high quality, efficient and effective support to the team and Director of Projects and Estates Development across the full range of their duties.


About You


You have a degree level qualification in Construction/ Project Management or related field as well as experience or a qualification in a recognised programme/project management methodology.


You have advanced data analytics and problem-solving capabilities.


You have a good knowledge of Health and Safety practices with an awareness of Sustainability and Wellbeing in the workplace. As well as this you have an awareness of diversity, equality and inclusion issues and commitment to ensuring policies are adhered to.


In this role you will use you commutation skills to help facilitate good communication and co-operation between project team members.


You are IT literate, especially in using Microsoft Office programs including Excel.


Your Responsibilities


In this role you will be responsible for establishing, planning, coordinating and monitoring internal governance and reporting framework for Projects and Estates Development.


You will compile data for monthly reports, while taking the lead on data, analytics and visualisation.


You will develop and maintain a disciplined application of consistent data structures to ensure the overall effectiveness of quality assurance and the integrity of the project.


Your flexible manner means you are able to work with colleagues from other parts of Projects and Estates.


In this role you will support decision making across the Department and provide insights to the team and stakeholder through accurate reporting.


You will promote health and safety always.
