Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked by the client, a globally regognised University to recruit for the role of Project Manager who will work as part of the Estate Operations team to deliver projects under their strategic vision.
You have experience with complex project management.
You are a very hands on type of person and are comfortable will solving any issues that may come up.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you interact with a very senior group of stakeholders and teams while still being articulate and professional.
This role will see you identify and define the projects feeing into the strategic vision to create an overall project plan.
At the same time you will have management and influence key stakeholders.
As part of this role you will use your organisational skills to create all project documentation, governance and budgeting.
Furthermore you will be responsible for joining the dots of different projects to identify any areas for collaboration and any areas of conflict in the portfolio.
