Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Project Manager who will be responsible for, and a key contributor to, the efficient and effective delivery of agreed projects. They will also ensure that all projects are delivered in a timely manner and within budget.
You have experience in following the APM project methodology.
As well as this you have experience and understanding of health and safety requirements.
As a strong communicator you are able to engage, negotiate and influence decision makers while still working effectively in a team. As well as this communicating with key stakeholders.
You are organised and motivated with the desire to improve performance and deliver exceptional results.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance with all health and safety processes, including statutory and mandatory requirements.
You will manage budgets and cash flow.
As part of this role you will contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture.
Using your communication skills you will tender and procure consultants, contactors and equipment services to agreed project plans. As part of this you will analyse the performance of these contractors and suppliers.
You will closely liaise with M&E and Security teams.
