Maxwell Stephens are delighted to have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Senior Workplace Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of Workplace while delivering a 5 star service to ensure that all employees have an amazing experience.
You have 5 plus years in similar roles which has allowed you to gain experience working with a project management software.
You are a hard worker who is confident to work under minimal supervision as well as within teams.
You act in a professional manner, both when you collaborate with others and when trying to find solutions to complex problems.
You will lead a team to deliver all relevant services to expected standards at all times. This will enable you to provide a positive and welcoming workplace for all employees.
In this role you will take responsibility for all office health and safety.
You will continually evaluate processes and procedures and this could see you proactively identifying any opportunities to achieve objectives.
In this role you will work with multiple teams, including the workplace team, working with the team to deliver the PPM schedule as well as developing relationships across departments. This will be made easy by using your communication skills.
