Maxwell Stephens are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of the client for the role of Estates and Technical Manager who will step into this diverse role.

Who will work closely with the Estates Project and Operations Manager as well as a range of teams.

About You

 You are professionally qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or an equivalent body.

As well as this you have a Health and Safety Qualification (ideally a NEBOSH).

You have experience in undertaking condition surveys and formulating life cycle and long term maintenance plans.

 You have the knowledge of implementing and using CAFM systems.

 As an individual you will be confident and proactive as well as technically qualified.



Your responsibilities

 In this role you will be responsible for developing the Maintenance Strategy to ensure alignment with existing strategies.

You will use your interpersonal skills to role out CAFM system training.

You will ensure that buildings are maintained to the highest possible standards this will include undertaking regular audits.

As part of this role you will support with the identification and management of other Estate projects.

Health and Safety is a large part of this role and you will regularly liaise with the H&S management team to ensure that issues are recorded and actioned appropriately .
