Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of a media provider for a Facilities Coordinator role.

The Facilities Coordinator will oversee the daily maintenance and general upkeep of the premises.



Your Role

You will support the Senior Facilities Manager.

You will oversee all day-to-day aspects of the service contracts, ensuring the required service level and standards are being maintained while coordinating, updating and producing CAD documentation for all Facilities associated drawings.

You will support and conduct Health & Safety inspections as well as carrying out risk assessments. You will support the Fire Evacuation planning and processes as part of this.

You will communicate with all internal customers and be responsible for representing the Facilities department in all areas of the premises.

You will support the management of the vendor machines as well as ensuring all the meeting rooms are kept tidy and properly stocked with the required stationery.

You will be responsible for all moves and changes within the premises while supporting environmental and energy conservation initiatives.

You will also maintain the facilities helpdesk ensuring a professional customer service delivery.

Skills and Experience

You will have experience handling CAD documentation as well as experience within a business environment.

You will have knowledge and understanding of Facilities Management and finance software.

You will have good numerical and written communication skills with flexible working initiatives. PC literacy in presentation, word processing and spreadsheet programmes will be excellent.

You will be a strong team player who is organised and capable of working well under pressure while delivering excellent customer service.
