In this position you will work closely with multiple teams in the development and implementation of the Infrastructure enabling plan.
You have a degree or a recognised qualification in Commercial Property Surveying/Management, alongside this you are a member of a relevant professional body.
You have experience in managing both in-house and contracted Property Management as well as this you have experience in managing property purchases.
As well as this you have a sound knowledge of Town Planning procedures, processes, policies and law. This goes alongside your broad knowledge and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams will help you in developing large organisational estates strategies.
In this role you will use your abilities to motivate and support teams as you work alongside senior staff and multiple stakeholders.
As part of this role you will contribute to the development of the Directorate overall vision and direction.
You will use your communication skills to negotiate effectively.
As well as this you will manage budgets this will include delivering the annual budgets, reviews areas for cost improvement as well as this you will monitor and authorise the payment of Non Domestic Rates and Council Tax.
You will contribute positively through your leadership as well as managing the workload while ensuring that deadlines are met.
As well as this you will be required to support sustainability programmes and initiatives to minimise the social, environmental and economic impacts of Queen Mary.
