Maxwell Stephens are delighted to have been asked by the client to recruit on their behalf for the role of Engineering Manager.
This role is a client and customer facing role in which you will be primarily responsible for identifying and delivering commercially and operationally realistic solutions to site specific issues.
Though the technical services team you will contribute to the management of Health, Safety and Wellbeing.
You have a suitable engineering or building services qualification, as well as this you may have a NEBOSH certificate.
You have a working knowledge of mechanical and electrical services and key factors affecting it.
As well as this you have excellent interpersonal skills which will aid you in managing teams, contractors and working with customers.
As well as this you have a good understanding of property management.
In this role you will have serval key responsibilities these will include:
Carrying out random checks of critical plant operation.
You will attend site during shutdowns and essential works when it is necessary.
Day to day you will provide technical and operational support to the property managers.
As well as this you will analyse and mange all engineering data and reports while ensuring that the appropriate follow up is achieved.
