In this role you will manage all aspects of the day to day running and maintenance of the properties under your control.
This includes ensure supervision of all staff and contractors.
About You
You are a self-motivated individual with experience in the management of multi let commercial property.
As an effective team leader you can build teams while developing them.
This is reflected in your excellent managerial skills and your track record of managing budget and commitment to customer services.
Your Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for several key areas.
This role will see you ensure that there are high standards of property presentation at all times.
You will produce and manage the annual service charge budget.
You will take responsibility for the Health and Safety to ensure safe working practices are maintained and confirmed.
As part of this role you will also ensure that all aspect of staff training, development and welfare requirements are identified and formally reviewed.
