Maxwell Stephens are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for the role of Facilities Workplace Manager.
In this role you will proactively manage the space and move delivery in the London office. Day to day this will see you manage operations.
You will have a reasonable level of school qualifications and you will have an IOSH and ideally a NEBOSH qualification alongside a DSE qualification.
This will all be alongside a few years of experience at a managerial level which has given you strong leadership skills this is coupled with your ability to articulate and be confident in your interpersonal skills.
All of this allows you to work well in team.
You also have experience in managing space and large office moves.
As well as this you are organised with the abilities to understand your priorities and get tasks done with excellent attention to detail.
In this role you will have several key responsibilities which will see you be responsible for all AutoCAD work this may see you need to provide assistance with this globally.
You will also be responsible for the day to day operation of the M&E contract this will see you ensuring that the team are all completing their tasks.
As well as this you will ensure that relevant policies and procedures are kept up to date for areas of responsibilities.
You will be responsible for the management of large office moves, this will include the management and/or supervision of external resources.
