Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Facilities Assistant who will support the day-to-day running of the office.

You will assist with the coordination of essential services, this includes reception, security, mail, cleaning and maintenance.

This role will see you assist with supervising the work of contractors and checking that all agreed work has been completed.

 About You

 You have a relevant facilities qualification such as an IOSH or relevant experience.

This has given you an understanding of hard and soft service delivery.

You are a pro-active and polite team player who is motivated and willing to undertake training to further your career.

You strengthen your ability to work in teams as you have excellent communication sills these also enable you to work with a high degree of flexibility.



Your Responsibilities

 As part of this role you will assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

This will see you respond to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the situation in an appropriate manner.

You will take the lead on ordering catering, stationary and general office supplies.

As well as this you will cover reception when necessary.

For this role you will be willing to take on small facilities projects.
