Maxwell Stephens have been asked by our client, a highly renowned education establishment to recruit on their behalf for the role of Maintenance Manager.
In this role you will effectively deliver hard services and fabric maintenance across designated buildings of the client’s estate.
For this role you will have a HND/HNC in Building Services and be IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
Alongside a relevant professional qualifications you will also have relevant practical experience.
You will be a confident individual who has an organised approached to work which makes it easy for you to work alongside.
This ensures that you can work to tight deadlines.
You will have a comprehensive understanding of health and safety legalisation.
In this role you will ensure maximum operational usage of all hard facilities.
You will be accountable for the provision, operation and reactive maintenance of all electrical an mechanical services.
You will also ensure full compliance with health and safety.
As well as this you will also ensure that all repairs are carried out while still ensuring that value for money is obtained.
As part of this role you will carry out regular inspections and report any issues and arrange timely rectified
Alongside all of this you will manage staff performance to ensure that the highest standard of customer service is met.
