Maxwell Stephens are recruiting on behalf of the client for the role of Head of Asset Management.

The aim of this role is to provide and lead a comprehensive Asset Management function that covers building condition surveys, planned preventative maintenance policies, projects and minor works.

About You

 For this role you have a degree in Building Surveying or similar RICS accredited degree. As well as this you are MRICS qualified.

 You are commercially and technically minded with the ability to understand how building are designed and used.

As well as this you are calm under pressure and able to communicate and articulate yourself well.

You are able to plan both short and long-term. This is helped by being exceptionally well organised.

 

Your Responsibilities

 In this role you will provide leadership and technical knowledge.

As well as this you will required to undertake asset surveys in order to establish the general condition.

As part of this role you will manage Hard FM and capital expenditure budgets. This will include minimising costs and maximising value for money.

You will also manage the CAFM system from conception to operational status.
