Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked by the client to recruit for the role of Health and Safety Data and Reporting Manager for a world-leading teaching and researching education institution.
The post holder of this role will serve as the lead and point of coordination and escalating for health and safety data coherence and reporting.
In this role you will work closely with a number of stakeholders to lead on the development and implementation of the health and safety data operating model.
For this role you will have a degree or an equivalent level of experience.
As well as this you will have experience of planning, implementing and measuring a successful data governance.
You skill set lies in developing KPI’s and/ or metrics which allows you to interpret and asses complex issues and conclude in simple ways.
You are able to build great work relationships through a collaborative approach to work.
For this role you will develop and assist in implementing a fata governance framework while focusing on improving data quality.
As part of this role you will work closely with Safety Services, Workplace Health and, HR Services and other colleagues to represent data governance.
This will help you to highlight good practice.
As part of this role you will support the efficient functioning of the Health and Safety Committee and sub-committees by providing reports and data.
Using data you will support the creation of a suite of senior level health and safety reports.
