Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of a European corporate company for an Electrical Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor.

The Electrical Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor will take ownership & supervise the planned & reactive maintenance operation within the company.



Your Role

You will report to the Head of Facilities.

You will be responsible for a range of maintenance including identifying defects, repairs required and recommending solutions. You will also contribute to cost-effective site operations and maintenance.

You will be responsible for the air conditioning in offices & open plan area, lighting controls & lamping, VESDA fire detection in server rooms, L8 Legionella water checks, conference room divisible wall servicing, CCTV and BMS (Building Management System).

You will liaise with and oversee contractors, coordinating site visits ensuring they work safely and ensuring works are completed. You will also liaise with the building manager and building engineer as required.

You will be hands on in your approach. You will also assist with health and safety risk assessments and ensure that any issues are resolved.

You will be responsible for ordering supplies and stock control as well as ensuring all kitchens are replenished daily with beverages and consumables. You will be responsible for managing confidential waste and organising receipts of deliveries.

Skills and Experience

You will be a multi-skilled maintenance technician with experience in BMS systems.

You will have an IOSH working safely certification.

You will be a team player and have the initiative to work on your own. You will be proactive and positive in your approach. You will be organised and have the ability to prioritise.

You will have good communication skills.
