This role is expected to last 6 months and may lead to permanent employment.
About You
In this role you need to have relevant experience in a multi-disciplined organisation.
You have knowledge and experience working with CAFM systems.
You are customer service focused as an individual and are able to communicate effectively especially during emergencies.
You Responsibilities
In this role you will co-ordinate the workload Direct Labour Organisation team via CAFM system.
As part of this role you will plan, priortise and organise the deployment of staff to meet changing priorities and workloads.
You will use your inter-personal skills to liaise with the Maintenance and Operations manager to co-ordinate training for the team.
As well as this you will use data from the CAFM system ad the Performance Management Team to create performance reports.
