Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked to recruit for the role of Facilities Management Operations Analyst.
In this role you will be a system administrator of the CAFM system.
You have a minimum of 3 A-levels.
You are able to demonstrate problem solving capabilities.
You have experience of interrogating and reporting with CAFM systems and other software packages.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills which help you to be a strong team player as well as work well without close supervision.
Provide Management information to F&I Department Heads and Service Leads which will require you to extract and manipulate information.
You will maintain the CAFM system at the latest firmware revisions. This will see you manage and test upgrades to ensure the CAFM system is fully operational and supportable at all times.
As well as this you will carry out site audits to ensure all recorded asset data is current and accurate.
