Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of a clothing company for an Office and Facilities Manager role.

The Office and Facilities Manager will support the deliver a full facilities management service including Health & Safety, management of all facilities contracts and the purchasing of office equipment & supplies.

Your Role

You will be a line manager to two administration assistants. You will assist in the ownership and control of the company hot desking system. You will manage all hard and soft services across all sites.

You will review, update and amend all office policies an procedures. You will also be responsible for checking regular cleaning, H&S, maintenance, upkeep and housekeeping.

You will be responsible for budgeting and record keeping for all third-party suppliers. You will balance and approve invoices and statements for payment.

You will assist in ordering and maintaining general office supplies as well as managing projects such as office moves and renovations. You will also be responsible for internal event management.

You will manage out of hours security and emergency response when required. You will be responsible for office Health & Safety including First Aid and Fire Warden training and duties.

Skills and Experience

You will have previous Office and Facilities Management experience. You will also have strong stakeholder management experience at various levels.

You will have exceptional organisational skills and be able to multi-task. You will have good Microsoft Office skills.

You will be positive and passionate about working in a fast paced professional environment.

You will be an excellent communicator both written and verbal.
